Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility Criteria

• Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• Items must have all included accessories and documentation.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Consumables (e.g., cosmetics, personal care)
• Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
• Items: underwear, pierced jewelry, hygiene kits

Return Procedure

1. Submit return request via website or email info@skbazaar.in with order details and issue description.
2. We’ll provide return authorization & shipping label.
3. Ship item within 5 days.
4. We will inspect the product upon receipt.

Refunds

• Approved returns: refund to original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our mistake.

Exchanges

• Exchanges allowed if an in-stock alternative is available.
• Pay any price difference or shipping cost if applicable.

Damaged Goods

• Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
• We will send replacements or process a refund.
